We are a roofing and associated building company based in East Kent who offer in excess of 80 years combined construction and management experience between the senior operatives of the company. Our divisions cover the services of primarily Roofing, with 2 further divisions covering Renovation and Building Services.
AEMS Limited are currently in our fifth year of trading, however our experience extends well beyond this, as for many years our partners have worked throughout the construction industry with over 35 years experience in the roofing and building industry and 18 years in building services.
Of the two founders of the company, Chris Whale heads the staff of all our tradesmen and is key contact for all our pre-contract enquiries. Tom Lamb sadly passed away in 2007 but his legacy is TFL Roofing Limited, which in honour (and initials) of Tom has been set up as a specialist conservation company within A.E.M.S. Limited to undertake all conservation projects, in the same manor in which Tom had done so over the last 36 years.
A.E.M.S. limited hold full insurance and have a directly employed staff of 10 roofers and associated craftsmen. We have a fleet of vehicles ranging in size which enables our staff to combine as a large team or split in to multiple gangs as the need for labour fluctuates on any given contract. All our works benefit from a guarantee against installation and material defects and a full client list and list of both main contractor and private references can be provided if required.
